Denmark volleyball team secures historic second straight win at European Championship

Denmark's men's national volleyball team achieved a historic milestone at the European Championship by securing their second consecutive 3-0 victory. Following a win against the Netherlands, Denmark defeated Estonia in straight sets (28-26, 25-22, 25-16) in Tampere. This marks the first time the Danish team has won two matches in a single European Championship tournament.

In contrast, the Estonian national team remains in a difficult position after starting the tournament with consecutive losses to Serbia and Denmark. Estonia's coach, Alar Rikberg, noted the need for the team to take risks and vary their lineup to maintain hopes for advancement. Estonia's upcoming schedule includes a match against Belgium.
