Dennis Miller selected for Amador Valley High School Hall of Fame
Dennis Miller, a sportswriter for the Pleasanton Weekly, has been selected for induction into the Amador Valley High School Hall of Fame.
Miller, a former student-athlete who played basketball, baseball, and soccer at Amador Valley, has had a long career in local journalism. After graduating from Chico State in 1985, he served as a sportswriter and eventually the local sports editor for the Tri-Valley Herald. His career has included roles as a host for the ‘Tri-Valley Sports Final’ television show and an announcer for various local parades and Foothill athletic events. Additionally, Miller has served as a campus supervisor at Harvest Park Middle School.
