Dennis Miracles Aboagye seeks NPP National Communications Director role

Dennis Miracles Aboagye has formally picked up nomination forms to contest for the National Communications Director position within Ghana’s New Patriotic Party (NPP). The forms were collected on his behalf on Monday, August 17, 2026, by campaign manager Goodfellow Dei Ofei.

Aboagye, who previously served as the Director of Communications for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s 2024 presidential campaign, aims to restructure the party’s communication machinery ahead of the 2028 general elections. His campaign strategy focuses on creating a unified and sophisticated communication architecture that ensures consistent messaging across all platforms.

The proposed system is intended to move away from a one-person-driven strategy, instead building a structured unit that can function effectively even in the absence of specific spokespersons. This approach seeks to integrate campaign communications with official party messaging to strengthen engagement with the Ghanaian public.
