Hapoel Tel Aviv offers Dennis Rodman $100,000 for rebounding clinic

Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv owner Ofer Yannay has extended an unconventional invitation to NBA legend Dennis Rodman to conduct a specialized rebounding seminar in Israel. The proposal aims to address tactical deficiencies in the team’s Euroleague performance by treating rebounding as an exact science, inspired by Rodman’s historical approach to the game.

The offer includes a $100,000 appearance fee, business-class airfare, and luxury five-star accommodations for Rodman and up to three guests. The planned three-day itinerary features a player seminar, a media interview, a dinner with club executives, and access to Tel Aviv’s nightlife.

In separate football news, Colombian winger Álex Castro is set to join Hapoel Kfar Shalem in Israel’s second division. After leaving Millonarios, Castro has agreed to a one-year contract that will make him one of the highest-paid players on the squad.
