Denny Indrayana to petition DPR regarding Gibran impeachment

Denny Indrayana and his legal team are planning to approach the House of Representatives (DPR) and various political parties to discuss the potential impeachment of Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. This movement follows a Constitutional Court (MK) decision regarding Gibran’s educational credentials.

Indrayana stated that his team is preparing formal requests for audiences with factions in the DPR and MPR. He intends to question the stance of political parties, specifically highlighting PDIP due to its previous support for the current administration. His legal counsel, Refly Harun, emphasized that the DPR holds the constitutional authority to initiate the impeachment process.
