Dental clinic in Moaña faces fraud allegations following sudden closure
The owners of Kerme Clinic in Moaña, Spain, have responded to allegations of fraud following the facility's sudden closure in early October. The closure has left numerous patients with unfinished treatments despite having paid for them through financing.
Legal representation for the parent company, Dental&Esthetic VAP SL, denies fraudulent intent, attributing the closure to severe cash flow tensions that prevented the payment of staff and operational costs. While complainants have estimated the total impact at 500,000 euros, the company estimates the debt to patients at approximately 150,000 euros based on currently available information.
