Dentsu Digital launches AI‑era owned‑media strategy and build service

Dentsu Digital announced a new offering called “Next‑Generation Owned Media Strategy & Build Support,” aimed at helping companies design, implement and operate owned‑media assets such as websites, apps and AI agents in the AI age. The service responds to the rise of generative AI and AI‑summarised search results, which are changing how consumers gather information and creating a need for integrated, cross‑channel strategies.

Based on Dentsu Digital’s “triple media re‑arrangement at AI touchpoints” framework, the service covers six core pillars: owned‑media strategy, content‑asset design, experience and functionality, content creation and operation, AI governance, and system‑infrastructure. It also offers GEO (generative‑engine optimisation) consulting and custom AI‑agent development to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.

The launch was disclosed on July 21, positioning Dentsu Digital to support Japanese firms in adapting their owned‑media to the evolving AI‑driven digital landscape.
