Dentsu Group launches AI skill development for 3,000 employees

The Dentsu Group in Japan has launched a large-scale skill development program targeting approximately 3,000 employees to enhance expertise in AI transformation. In collaboration with Dentsu Digital, Dentsu Soken, and Ignition Point, the initiative utilizes Google Cloud’s “Gemini Enterprise” platform.

The program focuses on cultivating “Forward Deployed Engineers” (FDE) and “Forward Deployed Marketers” (FDM). These specialized professionals are designed to work directly within client environments to drive business and marketing transformations through generative AI. The training covers practical applications of Gemini Enterprise, from strategic conceptualization to integrating AI into daily business operations and creative verification.
