Dentsu launches new advertising and municipal digital services

Dentsu and CARTA ZERO have rebranded their real-time terrestrial television advertising service as ‘BoosTV’. Effective October 1, the service expands its reach beyond Nippon TV to include Yomiuri TV and Chukyo TV. This expansion covers the Kanto, Kansai, and Chukyo metropolitan areas, increasing the potential target population to approximately 70 million people. The platform allows for impression-based purchasing and flexible, high-precision advertising management similar to digital media.

Separately, Dentsu Soken has launched the ‘CIVILIOS Super App’, an integrated platform designed to promote digital transformation (DX) for local governments. The app consolidates various services into a single smartphone interface, including administrative procedures like electronic applications and facility reservations, alongside local economic features such as regional points, coupons, and store information. The platform utilizes AI to assist with content creation and personalized information delivery to residents, aiming to improve administrative efficiency and stimulate local economies.
