Japanese companies advance digital transformation in real estate, manufacturing, and SMEs
Several Japanese companies are advancing digital transformation (DX) across various sectors. Dentsu Ventures SGP Fund has invested in Facilo, a company providing a real estate communication cloud designed to centralize and visualize transaction processes. Facilo plans to build an “AI co-creation ecosystem” by incorporating Corabit, a firm specializing in AI-driven real estate price appraisal algorithms.
In the manufacturing sector, Tenda will participate in a webinar focused on AI and digitalization. The session aims to help manufacturers navigate the “first steps” of DX, covering topics such as web-based ordering, generative AI integration, and business process reengineering (BPR) to distinguish between tasks suitable for AI and those requiring human intervention.
Additionally, Forval has been contracted for the fourth consecutive year by Kumamoto City to manage its “SME DX Acceleration Project.” The initiative provides specialized support and consultation services to small and medium-sized enterprises in the region, helping them address labor shortages and structural challenges through digital tools and AI implementation.
