Denver Broncos host Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football

The Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams are set to face each other in a Week 3 Sunday Night Football matchup at Empower Field at Mile High. Both teams enter the game with 1-1 records after rebounding from Week 1 losses.

Injuries are a significant factor for the Broncos' backfield. Rookie running back Jonah Coleman has been placed on short-term injured reserve due to a high-ankle sprain sustained during the Week 2 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is expected to miss at least four games, with a potential return in late October. The Broncos will rely on J.K. Dobbins and R.J. Harvey to manage the rushing duties.

The Rams will be playing without star wide receiver Puka Nacua, who is listed as doubtful due to a hip/groin issue. In his absence, Davante Adams has emerged as a key playmaker. The matchup features a notable defensive battle, as the Broncos' defense will attempt to contain Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and a potent offense that includes a strong rushing duo of Blake Corum and Kyren Williams.
