Denver Broncos rookie Jonah Coleman designated to return from injured reserve

The Denver Broncos have officially designated rookie running back Jonah Coleman to return from injured reserve. Coleman, a fourth-round draft pick, has returned to practice following an ankle injury sustained during a Week 2 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The team now has a 21-day window to activate him to the 53-man roster, potentially as early as this Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Coleman's return provides a significant boost to an offense that has struggled with its rushing attack. In his limited appearances this season, he recorded 39 rushing yards and a touchdown, including a critical final drive in the win against Jacksonville.

Head coach Sean Payton previously praised the rookie's performance during his early appearances, noting his ability to handle high-pressure situations despite his lack of experience.
