Denver Broncos sign two wide receivers after injuries to key players

The Denver Broncos added undrafted wide receiver Kyrese Rowan, a former Utah State player who had previously cycled on and off the roster, after rookie Marvin Mims Jr. left practice with an injury. Rowan was signed following a tryout and a physical clearance.

On the same day the team also signed rookie Kyre Duplessis, an undrafted Delaware graduate who previously spent brief periods with the Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks. Duplessis was brought in as the Broncos dealt with injuries to Jaylen Waddle and Courtland Sutton, and as they placed cornerback Jaden Robinson on waivers with an injury designation. Additional roster moves included the loss of defensive lineman Matt Henningsen to an Achilles tendon injury.

Both signings are viewed as short‑term depth additions while the Broncos assess the health of their starting receivers and finalize the 53‑man roster.
