Denver dining scene expands with new restaurant openings

Several new dining and retail developments are arriving in the Denver area. Soda Club, a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand–winning establishment from New York, is scheduled to open on September 1 in the RiNo district at The Ramble Hotel. Led by Overthrow Hospitality CEO Ravi Derossi and wine director Drew Brady, the venue will feature handmade pastas and a full liquor license, alongside its signature nonalcoholic beverage program.

In other local developments, the Boulder-based Thai chain Busaba Thai is set to occupy the former Zoe Ma Ma space near Union Station. Additionally, new neighborhood-focused grocery options are emerging, including The Corner at Madison, which plans to open a market and deli in September, and a new location for Littleton’s General Store in the LoHi area. The Truffle Cheese Shop has also secured a new location at the Evans School in the Golden Triangle.
