Denza captures significant share of Brazil's premium auto market
Denza has emerged as a significant player in the Brazilian premium automotive market, capturing 18.7% of the segment's market share in August. The Denza B5 model led the premium category for the third consecutive month, with 683 units registered nationwide, outperforming the BMW X1 by 34%.
Regionally, the brand showed strong performance in several states. In Ceará, Denza achieved a 56.1% to 57.9% market share among premium brands, making it the third state with the highest number of Denza registrations in Brazil. The brand also maintained leadership in Alagoas, Brasília, Pernambuco, Pará, and Maranhão.
In major markets like São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the brand maintained a presence, securing second place in both regions. To support this growth, Denza is expanding its retail footprint, currently operating 14 points of sale across Brazil. In Ceará, the brand is preparing to transition from a temporary stand to a permanent dealership in Fortaleza, scheduled to open in October.
