Departed Soles Brewing recognized nationally for gluten-free beverages

Departed Soles Brewing, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, has received national recognition after being featured on USA Today’s 10Best list of top locations for gluten-free beverages.

The brewery specializes in gluten-free craft options, such as the hop-forward black IPA, ‘A Dark Knight’, and the nonalcoholic pumpkin spiced latte ale, ‘Nunya’. Founded in 2015 by owner and head brewer Brian Kulbacki, the establishment was inspired by his late friend Chris Ward, who had celiac disease. The brewery aims to provide a safe craft beer experience for individuals with dietary restrictions and gluten intolerances.
