Department of Posts to hold Delhi Circle Dak Adalat on September 18

The Department of Posts, Delhi Circle, has announced a Monthly Dak Adalat scheduled for September 18 at 11:00 AM. The session will take place at the office of the Chief Postmaster General in Meghdoot Bhawan, New Delhi.

The initiative, organized by the Ministry of Communications, aims to provide personal hearings to facilitate the on-the-spot settlement of public grievances regarding postal services within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This specific Circle Level Dak Adalat is intended for complaints that were previously raised at the Divisional Level but remain unresolved.

To participate, complainants must submit concrete and brief grievances to the Assistant Director (CS) at the Office of the Chief Postmaster General no later than September 2. The Ministry noted that general complaints or those pertaining to policy matters will not be entertained.
