DEPERSON psychological horror game debuts at Tokyo Game Show

The psychological horror adventure game DEPERSON, developed by Error Thing and published by PARCO GAMES, made its debut at the Tokyo Game Show 2026. The title is a hand-drawn adventure that follows a protagonist named Aaron through the dystopian nation of Indrija, blending point-and-click mechanics with environmental puzzles and platforming.

DEPERSON has received international recognition, including a nomination for Best Visuals at the Gamescom Awards 2026 and a nomination for Excellence in Art at the Busan Indie Connect Festival 2026. A new updated demo featuring the game’s opening chapter is currently available for download on Steam, allowing players to experience the narrative-driven gameplay and decision-making mechanics that influence the story's multiple endings. The full game is scheduled for release on Steam in Q2 2027.
