Depot to host weekly beer tasting event at Tokyo Station

The bar and cafe Depot, located within Tokyo Station, will host a weekly event titled ‘A CONCERT’ starting September 11, 2026. Held every Friday from 17:00 to 22:30, the event focuses on the diverse flavor profiles of Sapporo SORACHI1984 beer.

Supervised by Satoshi Hayashi, a certified ‘TAP MAESTRO’ beermeister, the event offers five distinct menu items that vary in aroma, mouthfeel, and aftertaste based on specific pouring techniques. The menu includes Aria, which emphasizes carbonation and floral notes; Accord, which balances scents of cypress and lemongrass; and Amabile, characterized by a smooth, coconut-like finish.

Depot is a certified ‘SORACHI BASE’ establishment, a designation for venues that specialize in high-quality beer and foster community around the brand. The event requires no prior reservation and will be held in an atmosphere accompanied by analog record music.
