Deracre improves rural roads in Cruzeiro do Sul

The Department of Rural Roads (Deracre) is conducting infrastructure improvements on rural roads, known as ramais, in the Cruzeiro do Sul region. These works are part of the ‘Operação Verão no Juruá’ (Summer Operation in Juruá), aimed at enhancing traffic conditions and supporting local production before the rainy season begins.

The improvements specifically benefit approximately 50 families in areas such as Ramal 2 Campinas. For these residents, the roads are essential for transporting agricultural products like flour and buriti to urban centers, as well as for providing access to schools and essential supplies. Governor Mailza Assis stated that the operation is designed to strengthen rural production and improve the quality of life for families in the area.
