Dermatologist Benedikta Molnárová dies in Slovakian car accident

Benedikta Molnárová, a well-known 34-year-old dermatologist, died following a multi-vehicle traffic accident in Dunajská Streda, Slovakia.

The accident occurred early Monday morning when a Renault, driven by Molnárová, failed to yield the right of way to a Citroën at an intersection. The collision forced Molnárová’s vehicle into oncoming traffic, where it was subsequently struck by a truck. Although she was rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries several hours later.

Molnárová was a prominent medical figure in Slovakia, recognized by viewers of the Markíza television station for her regular appearances on the morning program ‘Teleráno’, where she provided dermatological advice. She was also a professional at the Mazreku Medical clinic. Local officials and colleagues expressed profound sadness over her passing.
