Dermatology conferences highlight AI capacity and new therapeutic updates
The 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference is being held from October 8 to 11 at the Wynn Las Vegas. The event features expert-led therapeutic updates and interviews regarding conditions such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and vitiligo.
Recent data from the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress highlights advancements in the field, including the potential for autonomous AI-supported assessments to increase dermatology practice capacity. Research suggests such AI tools could facilitate more than 8,500 additional appointments by assisting with triage and prioritizing patients requiring specialist evaluation for invasive skin cancers.
Other clinical updates include phase 3 study results for telikibart in treating atopic dermatitis, discussions on optimizing biologics for hidradenitis suppurativa, and new data regarding litifilimab for cutaneous lupus erythematosus.
