Derrick Henry targets Super Bowl championship with Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry has expressed a singular focus on winning a Super Bowl during the 2026 NFL season. Speaking on ‘The Lounge’ podcast, Henry stated that he is motivated by the desire to participate in the championship game rather than watching it from home. He emphasized the importance of winning a title alongside quarterback Lamar Jackson, noting, ‘It would be crazy for me to say I played with Lamar Jackson, and we didn’t win no championships.’

This championship pursuit comes amid significant organizational changes for the Ravens. Following a period of postseason frustration, the team has hired Jesse Minter as head coach to replace John Harbaugh and has revamped its defense.

Lamar Jackson enters the season reporting that he is ‘100 percent healthy’ after a previous campaign hampered by hamstring and back injuries. Former NFL player Rob Gronkowski suggested that a Super Bowl victory this season would solidify Jackson’s legacy as one of the top five quarterbacks of all time.
