Derrick Rose Praises Bulls Rookie Caleb Wilson as 'Delusional' in Positive Way

Former Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose told media outlets that he sees a lot of himself in rookie Caleb Wilson, calling the young forward “delusional” in a complimentary sense. Rose said, “You have to be delusional in a way, and I feel like he’s delusional, where he believes he’s the No. 1 player… I can respect that… we relate a lot.” He also advised Wilson about making a “gambit move,” emphasizing sacrifice, discipline and focus.
