Design Miami Paris to host fourth edition in residential setting

Design Miami Paris will hold its fourth edition from October 20 to 25 at L’Hôtel de Maisons, an 18th-century mansion in the 7th arrondissement. Running parallel to Art Basel Paris, the event avoids traditional exhibition halls in favor of a residential setting to showcase collectible design, furniture, lighting, and sculptures in a domestic context.

The upcoming edition features significant historical works, including pieces by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Isamu Noguchi, and Charlotte Perriand. Additionally, the event will highlight French modernism from the 1930s, featuring works by Robert Mallet-Stevens, Pierre Chareau, Eileen Gray, and Pierre Legrain, alongside a focus on Scandinavian design.
