Destillerie Kammer-Kirsch launches two new fruit liqueurs

Destillerie Kammer-Kirsch, based in Karlsruhe, has expanded its product range with the introduction of two new fruit liqueurs: a Cherry Brandy and a Bio Bergamotte liqueur.

The Cherry Brandy is a revival of a 70-year-old distillery recipe. It is produced using cherry brandy and a blend of sweet and sour cherry juices, resulting in a 21.5% ABV spirit without added coloring. The liqueur is described as having intense aromas of ripe cherries with a full-bodied, fruity palate.

The Bio Bergamotte liqueur is crafted from organic bergamot. To preserve its full aromatic profile, the distillery avoids fine filtration, which results in a slightly cloudy appearance. This liqueur has an alcohol content of 25% ABV and contains no artificial colorings.
