The State Transit Department of Acre (Detran-AC) has published Notification of Infraction Notice No. 031/2026 in the State Official Gazette. The notice summons vehicle owners and drivers involved in administrative processes that may lead to fines and the suspension of driving privileges.

Drivers notified of these traffic infractions have until September 16, 2026, to submit a preliminary defense or written manifestation. Defenses can be filed online via the Detran-AC website or in person at the agency's headquarters in Rio Branco and various regional offices (Ciretrans). Failure to present a defense within the deadline may result in a default judgment and the application of legal penalties.
