Detran-MS expands digital services with new totems in Dourados
The Mato Grosso do Sul State Transit Department (Detran-MS) is expanding its digital service capabilities by installing new self-service totems in Dourados. This marks the first regional interior location to receive the technology, which is part of a broader strategy to increase accessibility and autonomy for citizens.
The new terminals allow users to perform various tasks, including generating the Guia Flex, checking debts, verifying driver's license (CNH) points, consulting infractions, and issuing vehicle registration and licensing documents (CRLV). The hardware includes accessibility features such as sign language interpreters (Libras), screen adjustments for wheelchair users, high contrast for low vision, and optimizations for dyslexic users.
This rollout is the beginning of a phase that aims to install 30 new terminals across the state by 2026, eventually reaching all regional agencies to reduce queues and improve administrative efficiency.
