Detran-MS increases Três Lagoas headquarters contract to R$ 14.4 million

The Mato Grosso do Sul State Transit Department (Detran-MS) has adjusted its contract for the construction of a new headquarters in Três Lagoas. The contract with Queiroz PS Engenharia Eireli ME has increased to R$ 14,437,783.48, representing an addition of approximately R$ 433,500.

According to the State Official Gazette, the adjustment is due to the application of the National Civil Construction Index (INCC/SINAPI) over two distinct periods. The first adjustment of 2.41% covers the interval between September 2023 and September 2024, while a second adjustment of 4.50% accounts for variations between September 2024 and September 2025. These updated values will apply to services performed by the construction company starting in October 2025.
