Detran|ES opens enrollment for 3,000 CNH Social candidates

The Espírito Santo State Transit Department (Detran|ES) has opened the enrollment period for 3,000 selected candidates in the 2026 CNH Social program. The enrollment window runs from August 16 to September 2, 2026, specifically for those selected in the third batch of the program.

The CNH Social program offered a total of 9,000 free driver's license slots this year. Selected candidates from the third batch (ranked 6,001 to 9,000) must access the official Detran|ES website to complete their registration. Following online enrollment, candidates have 15 days to visit their designated driving school and 30 days to complete biometric collection, medical exams, and toxicological tests.

A list of alternates will be released on November 1, 2026, to fill any vacancies resulting from candidates failing to meet the established deadlines.
