Deutsche Bahn cancels S‑Bahn trains between Frankfurt‑Höchst and Wiesbaden on June 17

On the night of 17 June 2026, Deutsche Bahn suspended several S‑Bahn services on lines S1 and S2 between Frankfurt‑Höchst and Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof, as well as between Frankfurt‑Höchst and Niedernhausen. The interruption, lasting from 21:00 on 17 June until 01:30 on 18 June, is due to scheduled maintenance works on the track.

All affected trains are replaced by buses that stop at the regular stations, though travel times differ from the usual train schedules. Bicycles cannot be carried on the replacement buses because of space constraints.
