Deutsche Bank reduces stakes in Intercontinental Exchange and Morgan Stanley

Deutsche Bank AG disclosed in its fourth‑quarter SEC filing that it cut its holding in Intercontinental Exchange Inc. by 22.3%, selling 605,933 shares and ending the period with 2,112,450 shares, representing a 0.37% stake valued at about $342 million.

In the same filing the bank trimmed its position in Morgan Stanley, selling 6,795 shares and holding 4,003,926 shares, a 0.25% ownership worth roughly $711 million. Both moves reflect the bank’s adjustment of its equity exposure to major US financial services firms during the quarter.
