Deutsche Jugendfeuerwehr elects new leadership trio

At the Delegates' Assembly held in Hannover on September 5, 2026, the Deutsche Jugendfeuerwehr elected a new leadership trio. Christian Patzelt was re-elected as Federal Youth Leader for another four-year term.

Joining him in the leadership team are Stefanie Saller from Bavaria and Christian Borchardt from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, who were both elected as deputies. The assembly also approved a new version of the youth regulations (Jugendordnung).

Additionally, Matthias Düsterwald was re-elected as chairman of the Education Specialist Committee, while Lina Lentge was chosen as the new chair of the Youth Policy & Integration Specialist Committee.
