Deutsche Rohstoff AG raises 2026 EBITDA outlook to up to €375 million

Deutsche Rohstoff AG announced an increase in its 2026 earnings‑before‑interest‑tax‑depreciation‑amortisation (EBITDA) guidance to a range of €355‑375 million, up from the previous €290‑310 million forecast. The revision follows the sale of 5 million Almonty Industries shares, which yielded a pre‑tax contribution of roughly €65 million. The company kept its revenue outlook unchanged at €260‑280 million for 2026.

The updated assumptions underpinning the forecast include an oil price of $75 per barrel, a gas price of $3.50 per MCF and an EUR/USD exchange rate of 1.15. After the partial divestiture, Deutsche Rohstoff AG retains about 5.5 million Almonty shares, along with convertible bonds and loan receivables.
