Deutsche Rohstoff AG raises 2026 financial guidance
Deutsche Rohstoff AG (DRAG) has raised its 2026 annual guidance for the second time since August. The company now expects revenue between 340 million and 360 million EUR and an EBITDA of 420 million to 440 million EUR. This follows a previous forecast of 320 million to 340 million EUR in revenue and 400 million to 420 million EUR in EBITDA.
The upward revision is driven by high oil prices and strong operational performance from its US subsidiaries. DRAG anticipates an average realized WTI oil price of approximately 88 USD per barrel for the full year, with projections for November and December reaching 95 USD per barrel.
In the third quarter, the company reported revenue of approximately 110 million EUR. Average net production stood at roughly 23,500 BOEPD and is expected to rise to about 26,000 BOEPD in the final quarter, likely pushing average annual production above 19,000 BOEPD for the first time. The company is currently executing its largest drilling program to date, involving investments of approximately 330 million EUR.
