Deutsche Telekom and Scout24 execute share buybacks in early June 2026
Scout24 SE announced that it repurchased a total of 24,000 shares between 1 June and 5 June 2026 under its share‑buy‑back programme. The purchases were made on the Xetra trading platform at weighted‑average prices ranging from €73.34 to €76.94 per share.
Deutsche Telekom AG reported buying 1,582,125 shares during the same period, also via the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s electronic platform. The daily weighted‑average price was around €28.5 per share, bringing the total number of shares bought under the current programme to 13,661,271. Both announcements were made in accordance with EU Regulation 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation 2016/1052.
