Deutsche Rohstoff AG completes early share‑buyback program

Deutsche Rohstoff AG announced that its current share‑buyback program, valued at roughly €7.5 million, was completed in less than three and a half months, well before the original deadline of 21 April 2027. The company repurchased 83,306 shares at an average price of €90.03 per share, reducing the number of dividend‑eligible shares by about 1.7 % to 4,706,735. The repurchased shares will be cancelled in the coming weeks.

CEO Jan‑Philipp Weitz said the swift completion reflects the firm’s disciplined capital‑allocation approach and increases the proportional interest of each remaining share. The buyback brings the total repurchased shares to around 6.1 % of the company’s capital, adding to previous programmes in 2024 and 2025.
