Deutsches Architektinnenblatt wins ICONIC AWARD 2026

The German Design Council has awarded the Deutsches Architektinnenblatt (DAB) the ICONIC AWARD 2026 in the ‘Communication – Corporate Design’ category. The award recognizes the successful relaunch and new corporate design of the architecture media outlet.

The new media ecosystem was developed by the Bundesarchitektenkammer (BAK) in collaboration with the agency Vogel Corporate Solutions (VCS). The redesign aims to transform the traditional brand into a future-oriented, digitally focused ecosystem. A modular design system was implemented to unify reporting across the website, newsletters, social media channels, and a quarterly magazine, successfully integrating the identities of the BAK and 16 state chambers of architects.
