Deutz stock price target raised to 19 euros by Warburg Research
Warburg Research has raised its price target for Deutz from 13.20 euros to 19.00 euros, maintaining a “Buy” rating. The upgrade is driven by the company’s strategic transformation into a defense industry player following the acquisition of FFG Flensburger Fahrzeugbau Gesellschaft.
The acquisition of FFG was approved by shareholders with a 99.7 percent majority. The 1.6 billion euro deal involves a capital increase, with former FFG owners receiving up to 29.9 percent of Deutz shares, making them anchor shareholders.
In a separate signal of confidence, Deutz supervisory board member Patricia Geibel-Conrad purchased 8,000 shares totaling approximately 103,000 euros at an average price of 12.89 euros. This insider activity follows a period of significant stock growth, with the share price increasing 48 percent since the beginning of the year.
