Deva launches Academy of Tomorrow's Leaders for youth

The ‘Academy of Tomorrow’s Leaders’ has been launched in Deva, Romania, to support youth development and community impact. Organized by the Rotary Club Deva and co-funded by the Deva City Hall and Local Council, the initiative aims to provide young people with tools to transform their ideas into actionable projects.

The program focuses on developing essential skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, and teamwork. Through November 20, 2026, participants will engage in four workshops, mentorship sessions with entrepreneurs, and study visits to local companies and organizations. The program will conclude with a ‘Business Challenge,’ where participants present their business plans and ideas.
