Deva Social Assistance Directorate sets deadline for social housing updates

The Deva Social Assistance Directorate (DAS Deva) has announced a deadline of October 31, 2026, for applicants in Deva to update their social housing files. This update is required to establish the priority list for those eligible to benefit from social housing in 2027.

Documents can be submitted in person at the DAS Deva registry or sent online via email. Failure to update files by the deadline will result in applicants being excluded from the 2027 priority list. Additionally, files that remain unupdated for three consecutive years will be reclassified, though holders retain the right to submit a new application if they meet legal requirements.

Currently, DAS Deva records show 252 social housing files, with 10% registered within the current year.
