Deve Maboungou presents ‘Décolonisons !’ at Congolese Embassy

Franco-Congolese author Deve Maboungou presented his new book, ‘Décolonisons !’, during a conference at the Embassy of the Republic of the Congo in France on October 10. The work, published by Éditions du Lynx, focuses on the theme of African continental autonomy and development.

The event featured a preface by Firmin Édouard Matoko, a former UNESCO deputy director-general, and included contributions from Dr. Ousmane Sané, president of the Thales Africa Institute. Maboungou, who also serves as a diaspora advisor to Minister Constant-Serge Bounda, emphasized his dual identity as a means to foster dialogue and cooperation between France and African nations.
