Develia reports increased sales and completes Warsaw project stage
Polish developer Develia reported a significant increase in sales and completions during the first three quarters of 2026. The company sold 2,706 units based on development and preliminary agreements, representing an 8% increase compared to the same period last year. In the third quarter alone, sales rose by 19% year-over-year to 954 units. Additionally, the number of apartments handed over to customers reached 3,406, a 74% increase from the previous year.
CEO Andrzej Oślizło noted that demand has remained high since June despite the summer season, with positive growth prospects particularly in Warsaw and the Tricity area. The company aims to reach an annual sales target of 3,600 to 3,800 units.
In project developments, Develia has completed the ninth stage of its flagship Aleje Praskie project in Warsaw's Praga-Południe district. This five-story building adds 89 apartments ranging from 33 to over 82 square meters. The multi-stage development is designed to eventually encompass 1,572 apartments and integrates residential functions with service and recreational spaces, following the ‘15-minute city’ concept.
