Develon unveils upgraded DX35Z-7 mini excavator

Develon has launched an upgraded version of its DX35Z-7, a 4-tonne Stage V compliant mini excavator. The updated model features the new DW01 18.4 kW (25 HP) diesel engine, which replaces the previous D17 engine to provide higher power, torque, and improved efficiency for heavy-duty applications.

Key design enhancements include a repositioned boom swing point and an adjusted boom swing angle to increase operator visibility. The cab has been optimized with improved access, a wider entrance, and enhanced comfort features such as noise reduction and improved seating. For maintenance, the machine offers better hydraulic oil access and a new filter monitoring and alarm system. The zero tail swing design remains suitable for confined spaces in construction, demolition, and landscaping projects.
