Devlet Bahçeli presents ‘Turkish and Turkey Century’ vision
MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli spoke to the newspaper Türk Gün, outlining his long‑term vision called “Türk ve Türkiye Yüzyılı”. He described the concept as the next stage of the Republic’s development, aiming to carry Turkey into the next hundred and even thousand years.
Bahçeli stressed that public loyalty depends on the perception that the state treats citizens fairly, warning that without such trust “the people will not bind themselves to the system”. He reiterated the ideas of “Lider Ülke Türkiye” (Leader Country Turkey) and “Süper Güç Türkiye” (Super‑Power Turkey), and called for a “Türkçe Dünya Kurma Ideali” – a Turkish‑language worldview that would unite Turkish‑speaking societies.
He urged Turks to read global developments accurately and position Turkey accordingly, noting that changing world, regional and national realities require a new strategic framework.
