Dexter Ocampo Beltrán wins XIII Ciudad de Jumilla Chess Tournament

The XIII Ciudad de Jumilla Night Chess Tournament concluded in Jumilla, Spain, following competition held on August 14 and 15. The event featured 93 players from various provinces and locations.

Cuban FIDE Master Dexter Ocampo Beltrán won the tournament by winning all of his matches. Ukrainian FIDE Master Vladyslav Sydoryka finished in second place, while International Master Antonio Granero took third.

Other category winners included WFM Veronika Lezhepekova for the best Sub 2000 player, Adrián Tomás Gomariz for the Sub 1700 category, and Juan Vicente Navarro for the best veteran over 50 years old. Jorge Gómez López was recognized as the best Sub-12 player.
