DEYA Meteora to discuss water and sewage infrastructure projects

The Board of Directors of DEYA Meteora is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on September 24, 2026, to discuss several infrastructure and funding projects within the Meteora Municipality.

Key agenda items include the approval of studies and tender documents for the replacement of water supply networks in Asprokklisia, Mavreli, and Kastrakio. The board will also address sewage network projects in the community of Vasilika and the replacement of sewage network sections in Diava.

Additionally, the meeting will cover damage assessment protocols following the severe weather events of September 2023. The board intends to submit funding applications to the Ministry of National Economy and Finance under the ‘Environment and Climate Change’ program, specifically targeting the restoration of water supply infrastructure in areas of the Thessaly Region affected by extreme weather.
