DFB reschedules TSV Havelse vs. Fortuna Köln match

The German Football Association (DFB) has rescheduled the match between TSV Havelse and Fortuna Köln. Originally set for Saturday, September 19, the game will now take place on Friday, September 25, at 7:00 PM in the Heinz von Heiden Arena.

The rescheduling follows a request from TSV Havelse due to logistical and infrastructural conflicts. A second-division match between Hannover 96 and VfL Bochum is scheduled at the same venue the following day, making simultaneous use of the stadium impossible.

Attempts to move the match to Eilenriedestadion were rejected because the facility does not currently meet 3. Liga requirements. The DFB previously identified issues with installed temporary stands, specifically regarding fire protection and structural stability against wind loads. While TSV Havelse disputes these findings, citing local approvals, the club has committed to providing necessary adjustments and documentation by early October.
