DGFT Announces New Young Professional Recruitment and Confirms Four ITS Officers

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued a notification to recruit a single Young Professional post. The position offers a salary of Rs 60,000 per month, requires a master's degree in fields such as economics, business administration, engineering, computer science, commerce or law, and has an upper age limit of 30 years. Applications must be submitted by email no later than 20 August 2026.

In a separate announcement, DGFT confirmed four Indian Trade Service (ITS) officers—Sachin Agrawal (2021 batch), Amal Bahuleyan K. (2022 batch), Divya Patel (2022 batch) and Gurpreet Kaur (2023 batch). They have been placed in the Junior Time Scale (Level‑10) and assigned to postings in DGFT headquarters, Chennai, Ahmedabad and the Department of Commerce. The confirmation order was signed by Joint Director General Sanjeev Shrivastava.
