DHL Express appoints Julian Neo as MD for Hong Kong and Macau

DHL Express has appointed Julian Neo as the new Managing Director for Hong Kong and Macau, effective October 1, 2026. Neo succeeds Andy Chiang, who is set to retire from DHL Group on January 1, 2027, after more than 34 years with the company.

Neo brings over 25 years of experience within DHL Express, having held various sales, commercial, and management roles across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Asia Pacific region. Since 2019, he has served as Managing Director for Malaysia and Brunei, where he oversaw revenue and EBIT growth. In his new role based in Hong Kong, Neo will focus on strengthening the company’s market position and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing global markets.
